To use the Smarty black box simply adhere to your windshield and plug the power cord into the cigarette lighter. The Smarty can also be hard wired into your vehicle.

Application:
With the Smarty vehicle cam, you can do so much more than just record video. With the free software included with each system, you can easily:

• Store log files that detail time, speed, and GPS location, if there is power, the Smarty is logging even when the vehicle has stopped.
  
• Set your own sensitivity level to trigger event video recording such as hard braking, erratic acceleration, and speedy turns.
  
  
• View the high resolution video capture alongside Google Maps to pinpoint GPS location on the same screen simultaneously
  
  
• Export saved log files into Excel for your records
  
  
• Continuously record on the 2GB SD card that is included with each unit
  
  The Smarty will even let you know when someone has removed the SD card by sounding an audible alarm.
